Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription to eJOY at any time for any reason whatsoever. However, a refund will only be issued if you subscribed to eJOY via Apple App Store/ iTunes (iOS).

Otherwise, your refund request should not be accepted because our transaction processing system is still in the making. Therefore, we suggest you should only subscribe to eJOY Pro after careful consideration. It's advisable to make the most of our free trial first.

Please note:

  • You will need to contact Apple directly to request a refund.
  • No refunds available for Monthly plans (*Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mos., 9 mos., etc.)
  • Refunds may take up to 5-10 days to appear in your account. Please contact your payment provider for further information.
