How to fix "An error has occurred" video issue in eJOY App

In rare cases, you may encounter a message “An error has occurred: please try a gain later” after opening a video in eJOY App. First, please help us fix this video issue by reporting the problem to our developer team.

Report the issue

To do this, go to More => Feedback Bug.

Fill in your email and bug detail (e.g: Video name + “The video doesn’t play”), then hit OK.

Switch to Backup video mode

Then, to fix the issue temporarily, you can go back to Settings => Learning Settings => tun on Backup video mode.

Now, you can go back to the video and refresh it to watch and look up normally.
