These days, after Google Chrome has been updated to the latest version, we have experienced an error relating to video streaming on eJOY Go. Please kindly follow our below instructions to solve this while we are trying to fix the bug permanently. Please notice that this error doesn’t incur on app.
Solution 1 – Use Brave to replace Chrome
Solution 2 – Use eJOY App to watch the video
Solution 2 – Change Chrome settings
Step 1. Click the lock icon near the address bar
Step 2. Choose Site Settings
Step 3. Scroll down to Insecure content, choose Allow
Step 4. Press F5 to reload the page and enjoy the video
