How to fix "your connection is not private"

When accessing the eJOY Go website on a computer, the system displays “Your connection is not private”. This error occurs in connection with the problem ​that millions of Android, iOS and Windows computers will lose internet access on September 30 due to the IdenTrust DST Root CA X3 digital root certificate from the certificate authority. Let’s Encrypt (CA) expires. Please follow the steps below to fix this error.

Step 1: Click on the link: https://letsencrypt.org/certs/isrgrootx1.der and Download.

Step 2: Download

This is the browser screen when the download is successful. Click on the red circled area.

Click Open

Click Install Certificate…

Select Local Machine and then click Next

Select Place all certificates in the following store

Click Browse… => Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities => Click OK => Click Next

Click Finish

Step 3: Close the browser and reopen it.

After completing the steps, you can access the eJOY Go website and use it.
