Now, let's turn to Vietnam's innovation story, which I think continues to draw international recognition.

Now, the latest Global Innovation Index places Vietnam among the top performers in its income group.
Specifically, the World Intellectual Property Organization released its global innovation index report, one of the world's leading benchmarks measuring innovation capacity internationally.
Vietnam maintains its position ranking 44th out of 139 economies.
The country also places second in the group of lower middle income nations and within ASEAN, Vietnam comes third after Singapore and Malaysia and ahead of Thailand.
The report notes that Vietnam is among the three fastest growing countries in labor productivity between 2014 and 2024.
And for a 15 consecutive years, Vietnam has consistently performed above expectations in innovation compared with its level of development, highlighting the country's ability to deliver innovative outcomes.
