Business Speaking - Topic 1 - Client Meeting

Business English is a more advanced branch of Conversational English. If you wish to work for an international company, it’s important that you can talk in Business English properly. This includes knowing how to describe a company/product, discuss with business partners, and ask them to invest in your product during a client meeting.

In this topic, we are going to prepare for a client meeting scenario. In this case, you will talk to a client about your business and convince them to try/buy a tech product (mobile app, management software, etc).

  • Can you tell me more about the approval process?
  • Are you going for the cheapest option, or how are you going to make a decision?
  • When can we get started?

  • What makes your product different?
  • How can your product help me solve my problem?
  • Are your products validated by any organizations?
  • Are there any success stories from your previous clients?
  • Who can I contact when I have trouble using your product?
  • Do you offer a free trial?
  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee? If I’m not satisfied with it, can I return?
  • How can I track the effectiveness of the product?
