The Training game on eJOY English is designed to enhance your English skills through various interactive exercises. It offers diverse activities like vocabulary building, listening practice, and speaking drills. You can choose different topics and difficulty levels to match your learning needs.
1. How to: Play Flash Cards
- Guess the meaning of the word. You can click on the light bulb icon to display a suggested image. However, you only have 2 hints in 1 question.
- Click “Show Answer” to see the meaning.
- You can see the meaning of the word, hear the pronunciation, and even see examples of how the word is used in sentences.
Note: For each correct answer you get 50xp. If you answer incorrectly, you will lose 1 heart.
2. How to: Play Matching
- When the game starts, you will see English words or phrases on one side and corresponding images or meanings on the other.
- Your task is to click on the word/phrase to the correct position of the corresponding image or meaning.
Note: You can click to see 2 suggestions in case you can't guess. For each correct answer you get 50xp. If you answer incorrectly, you will lose 1 heart.
3. How to: Play Multiple Choices
- Select to listen to the whole sentence on the icon in the left corner of the screen.
- Choose the right answer.
Note: For each correct answer you get 50xp. If you answer incorrectly, you will lose 1 heart.
4. How to: Play Fill in the Blank
- Select to listen to the whole sentence on the icon in the left corner of the screen.
- Enter the missing word. If you enter it incorrectly, you can re-enter the correct answer according to the game's words
Note: You’ll receive 50 XP for each correct answer
5. How to: Play Word Constructor
- When the game starts, you will see a row of jumbled letters and a number of empty boxes corresponding to the number of letters in the word to guess.
- Use those jumbled letters to form correct words and fill in the blanks.
- Click "Submit" to complete the answer

6. How to: Play Speaking
- When the game starts, the application displays an English sentence or paragraph on the screen. You will be asked to read the sentence or paragraph aloud.
- Click to select the Mic icon to record. Please read clearly and accurately so the app can recognize and evaluate your pronunciation.
- After recording, the application will compare your voice with the standard pronunciation and give an assessment.
- Click “Try again” to record again or click “Next” to move to another sentence
Note: You will get 50XPfor each correct sentence from 85 -> 100%, get 25XP for each correct sentence from 50 -> 84%.
7. How to: Play Arrange
- When you start playing, you will see a jumbled sentence or phrase.
- Your task is to click the words or phrases into the correct positions to form complete sentences
- Press "Check" to check your answer, then press "Next" to move to the next question.
8. How to: Play Daily Challenge
- Daily Mix will provide a series of activities and questions related to vocabulary, grammar, listening, and speaking.
- Sub-games in Daily Mix may include games you have played such as Speaking, Rearrange, Word Constructor,...
- Your task is to apply your experience of playing these games to answer correctly.
