1. On EJOY English 2 app
Step 1: Go to 'Profile'
Step 2: Choose 'My Account'
Step 3: Select 'Delete Account' button
Step 4: Select 'Delete' in the popup confirmation to delete the account
2. On EJOY Extension
Step 1: Select the eJOY icon in the Extensions section of your browser.
Step 2: Select the Account section in the top right dropdown menu.
Step 3: Select Account Setting from the account dropdown menu.
Step 4: On the Account Setting screen, select the Delete Account button.
Note:
After deleting an account on eJOY English 2, you will not be able to recreate the account with the deleted email. Please consider carefully before deleting your account.
