Why speak with eJOY AI Roleplay?

eJOY AI Roleplay is built around a life you keep coming back to: one character, a hundred scenes, and three helpers for the moment you freeze. Most people quit an AI speaking app inside a week - here is what makes this one worth opening again tomorrow.

  • Navigating new city
    Mission 01London

    Not a lesson. A life.

You play someone like you, living in an English-speaking country, meeting the days you will really have.

  • Presenting project x
    When you freeze

    Never stuck for words.

Three ways out of a blank moment, one tap each - a line to borrow, your own words turned into English, or a translation of what you just heard.

  • Confronting avoidance
    Difficulty1 / 3

At each level it is a different app.

Pick a level and eight settings move together. An advanced learner meets the same scene at full speed, with no hints and the transcript hidden.

Your world takes about a minute to build, and the first scene is already waiting in it.

How does eJOY AI Roleplay work?

eJOY AI Roleplay works in four steps: you build a world from your job and your level, clear three missions in every scene, keep the words you met, and take a certificate when the world is finished. Then you do it again somewhere new.

  1. Navigating new project

    Build your world

Your job, your age, your level. A hundred scenes are written around them.

  2. Confirm a work deadline

Live it, a day at a time

Three missions a scene, one scene a day, with all three helpers in your pocket.

  3. Bring the words home

Every word you keep goes to your wordbook, waiting for you tomorrow.

  4. Win the badge

Finish every scene in the world. The certificate carries your name.

Then a new life.

You keep the words and the badge. The next world is somebody else entirely - their job, their street, their hundred days.

That is one world of eighteen, and day one of a hundred. It starts whenever you do.

What does a conversation actually look like?

A real one, from a real session. You play yourself; the AI plays a colleague who is having a busy day and does not hide it.

Scene · Asking a colleague about new technology

  • Frank

(slightly impatient, but trying to be helpful) Which aspect are you curious about? We’re on a tight schedule, but I can spare a few minutes.

  • You

Wow, I I uh, I my, I’m concerned about the durability of the new foldable screen technology.

    Correct

  • Frank

(sighs, rubbing his temples) Durability, yes. It’s always durability. What specifically are you concerned about?

  • You

Well, my main concern is the crease in the middle. I’m afraid that it will soon wear out.

    Correct

You stumbled - "I I uh, I my" - and it still came back correct, because the app marks the sentence you land on, not the run-up to it. A sentence that does need fixing comes back rewritten, with the reason.

Get it wrong as many times as you like.

Nobody is listening but the AI. Repeat the same scene until the words come out easily.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI roleplay for English speaking?

AI roleplay for English speaking - also written role-play - is practice where you take a part in a scene and an AI character takes the other one. eJOY AI Roleplay has 1,897 of these scenes, from a job call to a bank counter to a first day at work, and each one carries three missions to finish. You speak or type your side, and every reply comes back either marked correct or rewritten with the reason.

Do I need an account?

You can browse all 1,897 scenarios and read how each one opens without an account. To speak, type a reply or get feedback, you need to log in.

How is this different from just talking to ChatGPT?

ChatGPT will hold a conversation, but it does not set you a scene with goals, mark every reply correct or rewrite it, or track which situations you have already practiced. eJOY AI Roleplay is built around fixed scenarios with missions, so the practice has a shape and an end.

Do I need a microphone?

A microphone is better, because the point is speaking. Every scenario can also be done by typing, which is what most people do on their first try.

What situations can I practice?

Work, money, school, travel, family and daily errands - 1,897 scenarios in all, from opening a bank account to mediating an argument between children.

What English level do I need?

Any level from high beginner upwards. Tell it yours and the app follows you: a beginner hears the AI speak slowly, sees hints without asking and can read a translation, while an advanced learner hears it at full speed with the text hidden. Scenarios are also marked Easy, Medium or Hard, so you can filter the library before you start.

Can I use it in Vietnamese?

The interface and the translations come in English, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish. The conversation itself is in English, because that is what you are practicing.

Does it correct my pronunciation?

No. eJOY AI Roleplay marks what you say - your grammar, your word choice, and whether you finished the mission - not how you sound saying it. For pronunciation, eJOY Go has shadowing: you listen to a line in a real video and say it back until it matches. Practice shadowing on eJOY Go
