1. Changing your password on the eJOY website
Step 1: Log out of your eJOY account on the website.
Step 2: On the login screen, click the "Forgot my password" button.
Step 3: On the forgot password screen, enter your account email and click the "Reset my password" button.
Step 4: eJOY will send you an email with a link to change your password. Check your email inbox and click on the "Reset password" link.
Step 5: After accessing the link from the email, enter your new password and click the "Submit" button.
2. Change your password on the eJOY English 2 app
Step 1: Open the eJOY English 2 app and log out of your account.
Step 2: On the login screen, you select Forgot password
Step 3: Enter the email address you used to register for your eJOY account and click "Reset Password"
Step 4: Go to your email inbox and open the "Reset Password" email from eJOY. Click on the "Reset password" button to create a new password.
